Q-Box
The Q Power technology is named Heat Exchanger Q BOX.
A Heat Exchanger Q-BOX is made-up of any desired number of Q-Pipes (from several tens to several thousand). The Q Box is installed on the flue gas channels and takes the heat lost of boilers, furnaces, ovens, incinerator exhausts and converts it into thermal energy. The dimensions of heat exchanger Q Box depends on the size of the contact surface between the Q-BOX and the exhaust gases, type of fuel, temperature of flue gas, the flow of the flue gas, the composition of the flue gas, etc. Most heat exchanger Q Box are used in recovery systems: AIR-AIR, AIR-WATER.
Q Box is widely applicable:
» Preheating of boiler added water
» Preheating boiler return feed water
» Preheating combustion air
» Preheating natural gas
» Hot water for use in process
» Space heating with air or water
» Preheating of oil
» Drying of various materials and products
The economic advantages of Q BOX:
» The same quantity of fuel will produce a larger quantity of energy

Technical advantages of the Heat Exchanger Q-Box compared with the conventional recovery systems:
» High reliability- as each pipe is an independent system and thus the conventional heat exchanger problems do hence not apply
» There is a perfect separation of the flue gas and the to-be-heated medium by means of an internal partition which leads to increased boiler room safety and excludes conventional heat exchanger problems
» Reduced maintenance effort; cleaning or replacing a pipe is fairly easy due to the modular construction
» By-pass system;

» There is absolutely no metal expansion problem due to our advantageous and innovative design
» The heat transfer is instantaneous
» Design and manufacturing based on clients requests and needs;
» Both medium are outside the Q Pipe, no risk of deposits inside the pipe
